ATTENTION

Caution: We are a relaxation salon that only offers aroma oil massages.
We are not a hospital, clinic, treatment clinic, or treatment facility for shiatsu, massage, or acupuncture as defined by the Medical Care Act.
Please note that we do not provide rejuvenating massages or other erotic services.
We strictly prohibit use for such purposes or by anyone who would force us to do so.
Prohibited Matters: ・Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our services.
・Verbal abuse, harassment, and the solicitation of sexual services toward staff are prohibited.
・Raising your voice or engaging in behavior that may disturb other customers or nearby residents is prohibited.
・Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are not allowed to use our services.
・Exchanging personal contact information with therapists, inviting them out, or attempting to recruit them to other establishments is strictly forbidden.
・Unauthorized recording or eavesdropping is prohibited.
・Persons with heart conditions, infectious diseases, or infections (such as athlete's foot or sexually transmitted diseases) are not allowed to use our services.
・We do not accept calls from public phones or those with caller ID blocked.
・If you have requested a specific therapist, please note that they may be absent or late due to health or other reasons.
・In the event your preferred therapist is absent, you will be offered a free choice of available therapists or the option to cancel your appointment.
・If you repeatedly cancel without notice or cancel at the last minute, you will not be able to make future reservations.
・If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled.
・Even if you notify us of a delay, the duration of your session may be shortened accordingly.

Course changes cannot be accommodated.
If any violations of our terms of service occur, you will be asked to leave even during the session, and future reservations will be declined. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases. Severe violations will be reported to the local police, and a report will be filed.
